The mission of the MHCECK is to provide a comprehensive range of affordable professional mental health and substance abuse services that are responsive to the priority needs of the citizens of the seven county catchment area. Prevention, evaluation, treatment, and emergency services will be provided in the least restrictive manner possible by a staff who have a broad spectrum of expertise.
