**This is a part-time position.** WRAPAROUND FACILITATOR position assisting clients in achieving individualized treatment, recovery, and personal growth goals through delivery of SED waiver services. The position will work with child clients who have serious emotional disturbance, usually from 4 to 18 years of age, and their families. Duties include providing direct waiver and case management services to child clients, scheduling and facilitating wraparound meetings with the Wraparound Team, supporting family members of seriously emotionally disturbed children by assisting them in acquiring skills necessary to understand and address the needs of the child’s mental illness and treatment, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate must be at least 21 years of age and have a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field. Individuals with previous case management experience preferred. Some travel is required; Wraparound Facilitator must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and a motor vehicle record with acceptable results. The Wraparound Facilitator position reports to the Community-Based Services Director. This is a part-time position with expectation of 20-25 work hours per week.
