Mission To assist communities in the implementation of effective programs, policies, and practices to reduce alcohol, tobacco and other drug abuse.
The RPCFH provides education, support, coordination and resources to communities in the Flint Hills region to enhance their efforts in developing , implementing, and evaluating successful strategies to reduce the risks that contribute to youth problem behaviors and strengthen the factors that protect against risk. |
